Recorded in April, 1977 at Mountain Ears in Boulder shortly before the Ravers relocated to New York City and rechristened themselves Nails. Remaining copies were stamped with the new band name on the outer sleeve and label.

Although this EP can be counted as the first (late 70s) punk record from Colorado, the production leaves much to be desired. Two superior, unreleased tracks that were recorded around the same time may be heard on Rocky Mountain Low.
